Too many policies(more than one hundred) and too many interfaces.

Solution

Enable Multiple Interface Policy.

IPSEC tunnel on the same interface can be group in the same zone.

Policy & Objects > Firewall Policy > "Right Click" > Insert Sequence Grouping

Example: Move same source interface into same group.
